It can feel like a big step to make the move towards coming for Counselling and Therapy. We are always happy to talk to you on the telephone or by email if you have any questions or want to get more of a sense of us before booking an appointment - don’t hesitate to contact us. If we are not available at the time you call, please leave a message and we will come back to you as soon as we can.  All enquiries will be treated in strict confidence.

As well established and experienced practitioners, we maintain links with other Cambridge Counselling organisations as well as independent counsellors in and around Cambridge.  If, at any point it becomes apparent that you might benefit from the expertise of another counselling service or a different model of therapy, then we would discuss this with you and, where appropriate, assist in the referral process.
