When do we collect your personal data?
The only information we collect about you via this website is your name, email address and any information you give to us via our email contact forms or telephone..  This will be used only for the purpose of communicating with you about our services, and for the arrangement of any subsequent appointments and services.  
 
What do we do with your data?
Should you subsequently not use our services, the above data will be held securely and deleted by us within 6 months of your enquiry date.  Please let us know if you prefer your data to be deleted sooner.
 
Should you become one of our clients, your information will be kept in line with our individual policies and a Therapy Agreement will be given to you prior to the start of our work together which will be fully compliant with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations.  We will ask you to sign one of these Agreements, giving consent to our keeping your data, setting out how data will be stored and setting out your rights, prior to the start of our work together. 
 
How we protect your personal data
We will treat your Data with the utmost care and have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.  Our website interaction with customers is secured using ‘https’ technology.  Information submitted via contact forms is sent directly to our email boxes and is not stored on the servers of our website host Therapy Webgenie, https://www.therapywebgenie.uk who abide by their own strict privacy policy. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
